Terry and Joanie Wiley

Serving with AIM Canada in mobilization and leadership development in Ethiopia and North Africa.

Terry is a missions coach and mentor to several denominations and missional organizations in Ethiopia, a role he began in 2018, after 24 years in Pakistan. He makes regular extended trips to Ethiopia to support the Church in its vision of reaching the unreached, both within Ethiopia as well as abroad. Terry is also involved in leadership development, including helping launch a new initiative called The African Leadership Journey. Drawing on a 10-year process of mentored leadership development, The African Leadership Journey is designed to prepare young emerging Ethiopian leaders to serve as kingdom minded global leaders with godliness and competence.

Joanie serves as Administrative Assistant for the North Region Office. Terry and Joanie are based in Germany near their daughter and her family. They have 3 adult children, all married, and 7 grandchildren.

African Leadership Journey

Beginning with a group of college-age professionals, the African Leadership Journey is a life-on-life mentoring journey over a 10-year period. Its goal is to develop godly, competent, kingdom-minded, global leaders.

 

 

Travel Fund

Based in Germany, Terry makes multiple extended trips to Ethiopia for coaching, mentoring, and leadership development engagements. This project also assists with other international travel required by his ministry.
