Serving on a multi-organization Mission Innovation Team

Brian and Jessica have been serving with Africa Inland Mission and Baptist General Conference since 2014, first in Uganda for 8 years, and now based in Edmonton serving on projects around the world.

Brian serves on an “innovation team” with teammates from various Christian mission agencies. Innovation teams put their energy and expertise full time into developing new initiatives and solving problems in organizations. This approach helps innovation and problem solving to happen even in busy work environments. The team takes on challenges and opportunities identified by missionaries and mission organizations.

Brian serves as a Trainer and his main tasks include: Needs Assessment, Creative Problem Solving, Training Content Development, and Training Delivery.
