Ron & Jacqui Shaw
AIM Canada Retirees
Ron and Jacqui have been serving with AIM Canada since 1991 and during that time served in East Africa with AIM AIR, and Jacqui for ABS in administration, then on returning to Canada, were seconded to PATC (Prairie Aviation Training Centre) as a flight instructor, and Ops Manager, with Jacqui as bookkeeper.
Since retirement, they have moved to Spallumcheen, BC to be close to family, and continue to volunteer with AIM in Chad since 2020 helping part time as health allows – Jacqui as Retreat Hostess, and Ron doing solar install, maintenance, repairs, advising, and any technical help needed at either Wellspring compound or Retreat centre.
They have three children: Lisa (Daryl), Danielle and Kevin (Laura), and six (one married) grandchildren.
