Preparing to serve with AIM Canada in Kenya and Tanzania

I grew up in Brazil as a missionary kid and because of that I have always had a heart for missions and serving. Ever since I was little God has put medical missions on my heart, and that is why I am pursuing nursing as a career. Last year I felt called to go back to Brazil and serve at the orphanage that my parents helped run for many years. That trip was incredible and God continued to reaffirm to me that missions is still something He has put on my heart. I recently finished my first year of nursing school and am so excited to see how God is going to use me through nursing. God recently opened the door for me to become a part of a Mediquest team with AIM going to Kenya and Tanzania. There we will be going into hospitals to shadow, learn and serve any way we can by shining the light and love of Jesus. I am so excited to see how God is going to use me on this trip and I’m so excited to witness Him at work in Africa!
