Jason & Joanne Borrowman

Serving with AIM Canada in Hurri Hills, Kenya

Joanne began serving with AIM Canada in 2015. She spent two years living on the Kenyan coast and working with the Digo people. Volunteering as a nurse helped her to build relationships with locals, with whom she could then share about Jesus.

In 2018, Jason and Joanne were married, and Jason joined AIM Canada. In 2019, they moved to Hurri Hills in northern Kenya and began working with the Gabbra people. Their main role is discipling new believers and building up the local church. They also use their backgrounds in nursing and engineering to help out in the community.

Jason and Joanne have two daughters: Hannah (born in 2023), and Olivia (born in 2025).
